    By registering into secure.itools.mncustomer system, from “Domain” menu get into “Registering new domain” menu and look for your desired domain name and place an order.

  • How much does it cost?
    .MN domain name costs MNT 165,000 per year (tax included)
    .COM domain name costs MNT 49,500 per year (tax included)
  • Is it possible to delete newly ordered domain name?

    Within 72 hours after new domain has been registered, it is possible delete it.

  • Is it possible to conceal the name of the domain owner?

    It is possible. The cost may vary depending on the termination date of the domain.

  • After how long domain gets deleted?

    40 days after the domain name’s termination date, the domain name gets deleted automatically. After being deleted, it is possible to recover from it paying forfeit.

  • What is DNS cache?

    After domain name’s server adjustments has been changed, the renovations take 1-24 hours to fully make all the changes. This duration differs depending on the ISP. You can check if you have adjusted DNS and other entries correctly by websites that check cache-free entries. DNS cache duration/time is regulated by TTL’s duration/time.
