How do I connect my server to the Monitoring service?
After you place an order and complete payment, we will contact you through the user system and connect your server to the Monitoring system via AnyDesk.
How long is data retained for Server Backup and Database Backup services?
Server Backup: Up to 500GB per server. Database Backup: Dump files up to 250GB. Backups are created within these limits, and additional storage can be increased upon request.
How do I connect my server to the Backup service?
After you place an order and complete payment, we will contact you through the user system and connect your server to the Backup server via AnyDesk.
How is the System Administrator service fee calculated?
System administration service fees vary depending on the user's server, system, and requirements. After the work is completed, the fee is calculated based on the hours worked.
How is overtime calculated for System Administrator services?
Work performed outside business hours (09:00–18:00), during public holidays, or on national celebratory days is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, or 120,000₮ per hour (VAT not included).
