If I use a Microsoft 365 Business plan, on how many devices can I install it?
You can install Microsoft 365 apps on up to 5 PCs or Macs, 5 tablets and 5 mobile devices per user.
Does Microsoft 365 work when I am offline?
Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook installed on your PC or Mac work normally even without an internet connection. OneDrive lets you access files that have been synced locally while offline. Changes made while offline will sync once you reconnect. In Outlook, you can read already-downloaded emails and prepare drafts or meeting requests offline; when you reconnect, new emails will arrive and your drafts and meeting requests will be sent.
What happens to my data if I cancel the service?
Your data always belongs to you. If you decide to cancel Microsoft 365, you should download your emails, files and other data and move them to another location before cancellation. After the service is cancelled, you typically have 30 days to copy or download your data.
How many people can join an online meeting in Microsoft Teams?
With Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium and Business plans, you can host online meetings with up to 300 participants. With Microsoft 365 E3/E5, A3/A5 or Government G3/G5 plans, this limit can increase up to 1,000 participants.
